As a holistic mindset and confidence coach, I am here to guide you back to yourself through healing and nurture. I believe passionately that true growth comes from harmony with the mind, body and spirit, trusting the body’s innate wisdom and empowering you to heal yourself, find clarity and deepen your awareness of self. 

My coaching incorporates a blend of modalities including EFT tapping, somatic breathwork, movement, meditation, nervous system repatterning and subconscious reprogramming. I use ancient wisdom and neuroscience together, applied to modern day Wellbeing, to find the ‘Gold’ within you.

Mine is a unique holistic approach that goes beyond the surface to allow you to live a life more connected to your heart, allowing you to build more love and confidence in who you are.
